We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the information below regarding processing times and shipping expectations.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

During high-volume seasons (such as Easter collection launches or conference registration periods), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.


Print-on-Demand Apparel

Apparel items are fulfilled through our printing partner, Printful.

• Production time: 2–5 business days
• Shipping time (U.S.): 3–7 business days after production
• International shipping times may vary.

Because these items are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase.

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment location.


Physical Journals & In-Stock Items

Journals and in-stock products are shipped directly from our fulfillment location.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your package ships.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soul Sisters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
